I'm curious to why nobody has mentioned the fragile state of your unborn child. What would her doctor say, fact is multiple partners servicing your lady while 5 months pregnant would be extremely risky behavior.

Her hormones are "different" during pregnancy, is it possible that she may regret such an act when "things" get back to normal. Has she ever shown an interest in such an act prior to being pregnant.
